Acceleration technology of highly loaded numerical simulations

The purpose of this study is to realize a higher efficiency of more than 10% in terms of the utilization in arithmetic units, even in complex CPU, by presenting several effective usage methods (e.g. tuning policies and/or programming styles) to multi-/many-core CPU incorporating multiple structures of one CPU.
By proposing acceleration technology for newly developed equations and/or methods, such as chemical reaction, acoustic analysis, wave-based method, PIC method, statistical method, and multi-fluid method, we can realize the accelerated execution of not only CFD, but also other types of numerical simulation.
